The central location was great, with restaurants, a shopping mall, and other stores nearby; our room had a comfortable king-sized bed, a microwave.

There were decent sized and perfect rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast was large and hot with sausage and the atmosphere was family.

My triple room with jacuzzi and the hot tub was spotless and perfect. The hotel had marvellous location just off restaurants/cafes/fast food outlets, restaurants and shopping and restruants. It also was very close to shopping mall.

The staff here are really great and friendly, which is awesome. The location is pretty good too because it's close to stores and stuff. Plus, you've got restaurants, pubs, and shops all nearby to check out. 🛍️

Good sized rooms, cleanliness and pleasant staff We stayed as we were flying out from Calgary the following day the big advantage being that although the hotel was approx 60 km from the airport, it was affordable unlike the silly prices charged by hotels located in Calgarry and Joe's diner just across the parking lot was a good place to eat and gave 15 % discount for hotel guests.

Noisey air conditioning.

Everything as far as described. Location was perfect for us, easy to find, parking directly in front of the door, staff very friendly, rooms clean and tidy, relatively quiet to neighboring rooms and floors, beds ok, air conditioning, tiny kitchenette (we did not use). Washing machine and dryer in an extra washroom for little money (2 or 3 CAD $, washing pellets were free at the registration), that made it easier for us to travel with reduced luggage.

The breakfast is not comparable with European standards: disposable dishes (i.e. almost everything made of plastic and cardboard), cornflakes, yoghurt, white bread, waffles, scrambled eggs and little else that North Americans like. The selection was very, very clearly arranged, the breakfast room was small. But due to the morning fluctuation there is hardly any "traffic jam". Windows can only be opened minimally, but it is a (typical North American?) structural peculiarity that many other hotels have as well.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing, especially with a jacuzzi. The hotel is conveniently located near a lovely local park with a playground and picnic area in Strathmore. It's also close to restaurants, making it a great choice for dining options.

We had a comfy king size bed and modern bathroom. The desk in the room was just right for the laptop and wifi. The breakfast was excellent. It included hot items such as waffles as well as eggs and sausage and the usual bagels, cereals and toast. It was included in the price. We would recommend this hotel. It is located close to several restaurants suitable for dinner and next to Walmart if you forgot anything!

Overall, met and often exceeded expectations

Staff (often) and clients smoked at main entrance. Used hotel entrance half a dozen times and had to run the second-hand smoke gauntlet each time.

Convenient Location 📍

This place is great for getting to BC or Calgary easily. It's close to shops for a bit of shopping and there are nice walks around. Plus, you have lots of restaurant choices nearby. The rooms are super comfy and the jacuzzi is a nice touch. The service here is top-notch, too!

We were there with a large extended family group consisting of mature couples, young adults, and families with small children and found the hotel and staff very welcoming and accommodating. We were able to gather our whole group together to play board games and talk and visit and everyone of every age was comfortable. The pool was fun. Many played in the pool and on the water slide while others were pleased to find they could sit on the comfortable deck chairs and visit while watching the others, including little children, play in the water or relax in the hot tub. It was a very pleasant and fun stay. We've been here before with this family gathering and will likely come again.

We couldn't quite figure out the etiquette for travelling between the pool and our rooms. Should we bring our room towels to the pool with us? Probably not. There were lots of clean, folded towels available in the pool area, but we weren't supposed to take them back to our rooms. So the quandary was: towel off in the pool area with the pool towels and then walk back down the hall, wait for an elevator, and finally make it to our rooms, shivering or take a pool towel or perhaps send someone back up to the room for a room towel? Adequate signage in the rooms would have helped. As it was, a fully-clothed Grandma, who had been a spectator, juggled a toddler wearing a soaking swimming suit back to the room. It worked, but the little one would have been more comfortable wrapped in a warm towel and so would have the Grandma.

Accomodations very comfortable, very clean ,very quiet ,the Hot Breakfast was very well done.To sum it up our experince of this stay prompted a rebook for the wknd coming up!!! Thanks
